David Fok (Director)

Qualifications: BSW(HKU), MSc (Urb Plan)(HKU), RSW, MHKIP, MRTPI, RPP

David has over 15 years of town planning and development consultancy experience in Hong Kong. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor degree in Social Work and a Master of Science degree in Urban Planning. He has solid professional knowledge working for a range of planning consultancy services including planning studies, infrastructure projects, and statutory submissions for written representation, planning application, amendment of plan application and application for amendment to permission, etc. He is actively involved in urban renewal projects, harbour-front projects, comprehensive developments, residential developments, hotel developments, conservation projects, railway studies, community facility developments, etc. Besides planning submissions, David also undertakes visual assessment for development projects.
