Elden Chan (Town Planner)

Qualifications: BSc UPDM (UCL), MSc SU (UCL), MSc Geomatics (PolyU), MRTPI

Elden obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from University College London (UCL) and a Master Degree in Urban Planning and Geomatics from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Before joining KTA, he worked in a reputable main contractor and developer in Hong Kong. He has obtained the technical knowhow in project management and property development by assisting in land acquisition and pre-project planning. Recently, he has been engaged in planning consultancy services involving a wide-range of statutory planning submissions and technical studies for numerous public and private projects.
