Tommy Chan (Assistant Town Planner)

Qualifications: BA(Urban Studies) (HKU), MSc(Urban Planning) (HKU)

Tommy graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and a Master of Science degree in Urban Planning.  Before joining KTA, he gained experience in both statutory planning and planning research at the Planning Department.  He was involved in the planning, building, and land-related statutory development processes, as well as the review of planning proposals and studies of various scales.  In his spare time, he volunteers for the various commitments in the professional institutes to promote participation and raise awareness of the community on town planning affairs.
