Otto Kan (Town Planner)

Qualifications: MPlan (Urban Studies and Planning) (Sheffield), MHKIP

Otto graduated from the University of Sheffield majoring in Urban Studies and Planning.  Prior to joining KTA, he had of statutory planning and district planning-related work experience from the Planning Department.  He was mainly involved in processing and coordinating a wide variety of planning applications in both rural and urban settings, as well as the amendment of Outline Zoning Plans.  Otto is a Town Planner at KTA and has been engaging in planning consultancy services for a district study.
